  • Deal with the people you meet in the initial interview;
  • Within 24 hours of listing your property a colour photo will appear in our large window display, your property will be on the internet and an email will be sent to all our buyers containing details and photos of your property ensuring buyer interest straight away.

We will telephone you:

  • Saturdays following each Open For Inspection
  • After each private inspection
  • Wednesday mornings to advise you the following Saturday’s viewing time, and give you up-to-date buyer feedback

We periodically meet with you personally during the marketing campaign to keep you informed with the sale of your property.

BUYER INSPECTIONS

In today's busy world most prospective purchasers find their week is taken up with work commitments and children's activities, therefore modern internet technology allows the flexibility to view properties in the comfort of their own home, usually in the evenings, giving them the opportunity to pick properties most suited and scheduling a personalised Open For Inspection timetable for the weekends.

This results in less inconvenience to the Vendor by only having to present the home once a week.

Bertie Real Estate is aware of the concern of Vendors regarding the issue of security and that's why on request we provide two sales consultants on location.

Remember, it's not mandatory to have Open for Inspections and is only one method of marketing.  We can customize marketing to suit your needs.

OFFERS PRIOR TO PURCHASE

All offers will be submitted to you immediately, then together we will evaluate and decide in your best interest.

In the event that you wish to accept an offer, we will contact all prospective buyers who have expressed an interest in your property and advise them of a pending contract.

OUR FEES AND MARKETING COSTS

Real Estate Commission is still regulated in Queensland and the prescribed fee is 5% of the first $18,000 and 2.5% on the balance of the purchase price. (Plus GST on Commission only)
